Royal Caribbean’s ship Rhapsody of the Seas to sail Mediterranean and Adriatic cruises in 2022

Royal Caribbean’s ship Rhapsody of the Seas will set sail to the Mediterranean in May 2022 on a variety of new immersive itineraries departing from Italy, Spain, Israel, and Greece.

Joining the previously announced Europe-deployed fleetmates Anthem of the Seas and Odyssey of the Seas, Rhapsody OTS offers new ways to explore 25+ must-see destinations in southern France, Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Greek Isles, and more.

The new summer 2022 Rhapsody OTS cruises are already open for booking.

Starting on May 23, 2022, the ship offers 7-night roundtrips from Piraeus-Athens Greece, Barcelona Spain, Civitavecchia-Rome and Ravenna Italy.

Passengers have their choice to combine Greek and Adriatic, Greek Isles and Western Mediterranean itineraries featuring visits to historic ports of call, including Split Croatia; Souda Crete Greece, Mykonos Greece; Livorno (Florence-Pisa and Sicily, Italy; Cannes and Nice (Villefranche-sur-Mer) France.

Royal Caribbean’s summer European cruises continue in August when Rhapsody OTS charts course for homeport Haifa (Tel Aviv) Israel, a first for the cruise line, through October 31.

With a lineup of 3- to 8-night round-trip sailings to Cyprus, Greece, and the Greek Isles, vacationers can learn about the Ancient Greek heritage of destinations like Athens Greece and Limassol Cyprus.

Adventures also await in the Greek islands of Mykonos, Rhodes, and Santorini, popular for their picturesque coastal villages and tranquil beaches.
