Ruby Princess cabins with balconies total 882 (80% of all 1,106 outside staterooms). There are 31 wheelchair-accessible cabins (for disabled passengers), including 1 Suite, 16 Balcony, 4 Oceanview, and 6 Inside.

Ruby Princess Suites feature a walk-in closet (ample storage space), a living room (sofa bed, desk), vanity, table, armchairs, and a bathroom with WC, shower stall, whirlpool bathtub, and double sinks.

Family Suites consist of three connected rooms (with the living room in between). Both bedrooms offer ample closet space, a bathroom (shower and bathtub), desk, and drawers. The living room includes a sofa bed, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to a large balcony.

Bonus amenities in all Suites include a deluxe mattress and pillows, two smart HDTVs, a CD/DVD player, upgraded bathroom amenities (massage showerheads and luxury bath products), luxury balcony furniture, and complimentary services (Spa Thermal Suite access, Internet Cafe, laundry/dry cleaning, and a one-time minibar setup).

All Balcony accommodations feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a private verandah, furnished with a round table and patio chairs.

Balcony cabins offer ample closet space, a bathroom with shower, desk, drawers, and in some cases additional beds for a third or fourth guest.

Oceanview cabins have a picture window (category OE features a porthole window, and category OV has an obstructed view).

Inside cabins are similar in size and amenities to Oceanview staterooms but do not have a window.

All Ruby Princess cabins include a living area (vanity, desk, seating), two twin beds (convertible to a queen-size bed), deluxe bedding sets (Egyptian cotton linens), closet, desk, smart HDTV (infotainment system, Internet, on-demand movies), direct-dial phone, electronic safe, lifejackets (stored in the closet), hairdryer, bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion), mini-bar/fridge, individual air-conditioning, evening turndown service, and complimentary 24-hour room service.

During the 2018 drydock refurbishment, all Ruby Princess staterooms were upgraded with the line’s signature “Princess Luxury Bed.” The new cruise bed was developed in collaboration with sleep expert Dr. Michael Breus (known as “The Sleep Doctor”) and designer Candice Olson. The beds feature a luxury pillow-top mattress, individually wrapped coils (to reduce motion transfer), and hypoallergenic duvets. The Princess beds debuted on Ruby in December 2016 and were rolled out fleetwide by 2018.

“Club Class Mini-Suite” is a cabin category introduced fleetwide in 2017. These VIP Mini-Suites offer additional complimentary amenities and services, including “Club Class Dining,” exclusive Elite Lounge access, complimentary in-cabin dining (evening hors d’oeuvres), and priority embarkation, disembarkation, and tendering. Club Class Dining provides a reserved area within the MDR (main dining room) exclusively for Club Class guests. This enhanced dining experience includes expedited seating, dedicated waitstaff, an exclusive menu (featuring chef’s specials), and tableside preparation of select dishes. Club Class Dining is available daily for breakfast and dinner, and for lunch on sea days only. These new suites replaced some existing Mini-Suites, while maintaining the same cabin size and layout as other Mini-Suite categories.
