O’Malley’s Irish Pub & Sports Bar (replacing the Wheelhouse Bar during drydock 2025) accommodates 134 guests (including bar seating). The venue serves traditional pub-style fare and a broad selection of beverages, and supports live music performances. This is a classy piano bar (daily) and a traditional English pub bar (nightly) serving fine alcohol and craft beers, and having comfortable furniture, a dance floor, and a stage for live performances. During the day, it offers complimentary English pub lunches and whiskey flights (brand malt whiskey alcohol sampling). Nightly, “The Salty Dog Gastropub” (signature burger) menu is presented, developed by the Umami Burger’s former exec chef Ernesto Uchimura (now chef of LA’s “Plan Check Kitchen + Bar” restaurant). From the specialty burger menu, guests can choose 3 plates (food charge US$19 pp applies) featuring renovated classic pub favorites. From the available for ordering Gastropub menu items, the most popular are named “Lobster Mac & Cheese”, “Pale Ale Pork Cheeks”, “Wild Mushroom Saute”, “Spicy Stout Short Ribs”. The chef’s signature burger (named “The Ernesto”) has as main ingredients rib eye, short rib beef, grilled pork belly, kimchi, beer-battered jalapeno, onion aioli, gruyere cheese (cave aged). The new Gastropub menu is a perfect addition to the Bar’s craft beers and the new menu of fine whiskeys. The new whiskey menu is offered nightly and includes fine Scotch and international (Japanese, Irish and Australian brands) whiskeys, and also American bourbons. Among the alcohol choices are Johnny Walker (Blue), Bakery Hill Classic (single malt), Connemara Peated Cask Strength Whiskey (malt), Suntory Hakushu 12-Year-Old (single malt). From this menu are offered daily malt whiskey tastings (3 Whiskey flights, each with 3 different brands).
