Mandara Spa & Salon is a wellness and beauty centre offering spa treatments, massages, facials, salon services and thermal facilities.

Pulse Fitness Centre / Gym is fitted with ultra-modern equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, free weights) and features a separate Aerobics Studio (for classes/spinning, yoga, Pilates, dance, cardio, fitness and strength training, TRX workouts) and a Performance Recovery Room (for group fitness classes and gym workshops using Hyperice products).

The Haven Lounge & Bar is a private indoor-outdoor lounge exclusively for The Haven guests, with ocean views, cocktails and a relaxed social setting.

The Haven Outdoor Bar is an open-air bar exclusively for Haven guests, serving cocktails and refreshments with panoramic views.

The Haven Restaurant is an exclusive restaurant for Haven guests, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an outdoor dining option.

The Haven Sundeck & Infinity Pool is a private outdoor area for Haven guests with an infinity pool, hot tubs, outdoor sauna and cold room. Access to the sundeck is restricted to guests aged 16 and over.

Outdoor Sauna is a glass-walled sauna located in The Haven Sundeck, allowing guests to enjoy the heat while looking out toward the ocean.

Ice Room / Cold Room is a cooling room with glass walls and ocean views, designed as a contrast to the sauna.

The Haven Outdoor Lounge is an open-air relaxation area within the Haven complex, providing additional seating and sea views.

Concierge Desk is a dedicated The Haven concierge service, helping guests arrange priority dining, entertainment and shore-excursion reservations, along with other onboard requests. 

Cruise cabins from 16100 to 16802 include Interior (categories IA-Inside, I4-Family Inside, IT-Solo Inside), Balcony (categories B4-Family Balcony and BA-Balcony), and the rest are Suites (categories H8-The Haven 3-Bedroom Duplex Suite with Large Balcony, SJ-Family Suite with Master Bedroom & Balcony, and SR-Family Suite with Master Bedroom & Balcony).
