Neuhofen an der Ybbs is a Danube River cruise port and market town in Austria's Niederösterreich (Lower Austria state, Amstetten district), with a population of around 3,000. Town's economy is based mainly on agriculture and forestry. Neuhofen is located approx 10 km (6 mi) south of Amstetten City.
As cruise port, Neuhofen Austria is often included in the schedules of one of the world's largest river cruise companies - AmaWaterways.
