Norwegian Jade cabins and suites

NCL Jade’s wheelchair-accessible (ADA) cabins are available in the following categories and deck locations: Penthouse Suite (SF – deck 9), Mini-Suite (M1 – deck 11), Balcony (BB – deck 10 and BC – deck 9), Oceanview (OK – deck 8), and Interior/Inside (IE – deck 4, I1–ID – decks 8, 10, 11).

The review below covers Norwegian Jade stateroom amenities, furnishings, and included (complimentary) services.

All Norwegian Jade cabins feature a sleeping area (bedside tables, two lower beds convertible to a queen, plus optional additional beds for extra guests), an en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, shower stall, bath products, hairdryer), and a sitting area (wardrobe/ample closet space, vanity table, chair, flatscreen TV, safe, refrigerator, direct-dial phone), along with individual air-conditioning.

All Suites and Balcony cabins offer floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to a private veranda with outdoor furniture (one round table with two chairs or sun loungers).

Suite-category accommodations come with a range of bonus amenities and perks, including butler service, priority services (check-in, debarkation, tendering at ports of call, dining reservations, spa/show reservations), in-room dining (plus evening treats), an expanded room service menu, invitations to exclusive onboard events, complimentary minibar and bottled water, luxury cotton robes, upgraded bedding (pillow-top mattresses, pillow menu, slippers, towels), walk-in closets, a Cappuccino/Espresso coffee maker, complimentary specialty restaurant dining (breakfast and lunch), and complimentary limo service between the pier and airport.

Guests staying in The Haven suites enjoy exclusive access to The Haven Courtyard, which includes a private sun deck, swimming pool and whirlpool, valet service, and a private fitness area.

The Haven Garden Villas include separate living and dining rooms, three bedrooms (one with a king bed; the other two each with a private bathroom, rollaway beds, and cribs), a master bathroom (with whirlpool tub and separate shower), and a media center with DVD/CD player.

The Haven Courtyard Penthouses feature a master bedroom (queen bed), a smaller bedroom with private bathroom/shower, a second bathroom (with whirlpool tub and shower), and separate living and dining areas.

The Haven Owner’s Suite (also known as the Deluxe Owner’s Suite, located forward on deck 15) includes a bedroom (king bed), separate living and dining rooms (each with its own private balcony), a main bathroom (bathtub and shower), and a second, smaller bathroom (shower only).

Balcony Family Suites (Two-Bedroom Suites, also known as Family Penthouses) offer a master bedroom (queen bed), a smaller second bedroom with private bathroom/shower, a living room with dining area, and a main bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

SE–SF Penthouse Suites include combined sitting and sleeping areas (queen bed), a bathroom (bathtub and shower), and a minibar. Category SF Penthouses are aft-facing and commonly referred to as Romance Suites. Category SE Penthouses are forward-facing and include large balconies with bow views. Veranda dividers are semi-private.

Mini-Suites (Studio Suites) feature two lower beds convertible to a queen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Balcony, Oceanview, and Inside cabins include two lower beds (convertible to a queen) and a bathroom with shower.

Most Oceanview cabin categories have one Picture Window, except categories OF and OG, which have porthole windows. Categories OK and OX have fully or partially obstructed views due to lifeboats.

IMPORTANT: Since May 2015, Norwegian Cruise Line has applied a US$7.95 room service delivery fee across the fleet (including Norwegian Jade). Guests booked in The Haven suites are exempt. All passengers may still order complimentary morning coffee and Continental Breakfast via room service. When the fee was introduced, NCL enhanced the room service menu by adding more hot breakfast items and expanding the 24-hour food and beverage selection.
