Norwegian Prima cabins and suites

Norwegian Prima has a total of 1646 passenger staterooms in 35 categories (including 18 Suite grades). The Haven complex includes 107 suites. An expanded Studio area houses single-occupancy cabins (Studios for solo travelers) and the Studio Lounge, both with exclusive keycard access. Staff/crew cabins total 912.

The ship also offers numerous “Family” stateroom categories across Balcony, Oceanview, and Interior types. The vessel has 6 Owner’s Suites, 58 Courtyard Penthouses, 43 Suites, 1030 Balcony staterooms, 124 Oceanviews, 385 Inside cabins, and 73 Studios.

The PRIMA-class design features 18 Suite categories (including the fleet’s first 3-bedroom suites) and NCL’s largest-ever Inside, Oceanview, and Balcony staterooms.

• The smallest category is T1-Studio (95 ft2 / 9 m2). Inside cabins range from 160 to 255 ft2 (15–24 m2).
• Oceanview cabins have a large round window and are offered as Standard (185 ft2 / 17 m2), Large (235 ft2 / 22 m2), and Family (235–370 ft2 / 22–34 m2).
• Balcony cabins range from 230 to 360 ft2 (21–34 m2), with balconies sized 45–100 ft2 (4–9 m2).
• The largest accommodation is The Haven Premier Owner’s Suite (up to 8 guests), measuring 2100 ft2 (195 m2) with a wraparound terrace of 830 ft2 (77 m2).

The ship has 41 ADA-certified wheelchair-accessible staterooms in the following categories: HB-Haven Aft Penthouse (1), BA-BB-BF-Balcony (16), O4-Oceanview (7), IA-IB-IF-Inside (17). The total number of cabin categories is 39, including the “Guaranteed” categories (MX-Club Balcony Suite, BX-Balcony, OX-Oceanview, IX-Inside).

All passenger cabins feature a sleeping area with standard twin/single beds (convertible to a queen-size bed, with a leather headboard and lighted recess), en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink, shower stall, bath products, hairdryer), sitting/lounge area (full-size wardrobe, vanity, ample storage), smart HDTV (26-inch infotainment system with recessed nook), electronic safe, life jackets (in the closet), mini-refrigerator, direct-dial phone, writing desk with four power outlets (2 American, 2 European), individual air-conditioning, and keycard-activated lighting. Bathrooms feature a sink with storage below, glass-door shower, shower dispensers, and luxury bath products (Elemis in Haven and Spa categories).

The highest-grade accommodations are within The Haven Suite categories, offering large terraces with outdoor jacuzzis and four-seat dining tables. Haven guests receive exclusive access to private relaxation and dining venues, reachable via two dedicated aft elevators. The Haven complex includes an exclusive Sundeck with an infinity pool, two Jacuzzis, sunbathing areas, private spa and fitness facilities, and 24-hour butler service. Additional perks include keycard elevator access, welcome gifts (Champagne, fruit, flowers), in-room dining (full breakfast menu, evening treats), pillow menu, upgraded mattresses and bedding, plush slippers, terry towels, 24-hour personal butler and concierge service (including luggage unpacking), large HDTVs (with DVD players), coffee machines, refrigerator, priority services (check-in, disembarkation, tender boarding, dining reservations), and complimentary specialty dining for breakfast and lunch.

Since May 2015, Norwegian Cruise Line has charged a US$7.95 room service delivery fee. This fleetwide charge applies on Norwegian Prima as well. Only guests staying in The Haven are exempt. As an exception, all passengers may order complimentary morning coffee and Continental Breakfast. Following implementation of the fee, NCL upgraded the room service menu with additional hot breakfast items and expanded 24-hour food and beverage offerings.

Norwegian Prima’s gangways are wide enough for most wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

The ship offers 41 accessible staterooms for guests with disabilities, each featuring wider doors, roll-in showers, grab bars, lower sinks and closet rods, raised toilets, amplified phones, and captioned TVs.

All public restrooms onboard have accessible stalls and automatic door systems. Every deck is served by elevators, and all dining venues, bars, and lounges provide wheelchair-accessible seating.
