Deck layouts, review of facilities, activities, amenities
MSC Bellissima deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2025-2026-2027 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by MSC Cruises deckplan pdf (printable version).
Each of the MSC Bellissima cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on MSC Bellissima staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.
MSC Bellissima (2019-built, last refurbished in December 2023) is the second Meraviglia-class vessel in the MSC Cruises fleet, with sistership MSC Meraviglia (2017). Bellissima is also the 4th of 13 newbuilds scheduled to join the MSC fleet through 2026.
The MSC Bellissima deck plan shows 2244 staterooms accommodating 4488 passengers (maximum capacity 5686), served by 1536 crew. The ship has 18 decks (15 accessible to passengers, 11 with cabins), 12 dining venues (restaurants and food bars), 20 lounges and bars, 4 swimming pools (including one glass-domed and one exclusive MSC Yacht Club pool), 9 Jacuzzis (outdoor whirlpool tubs), and 32 elevators (19 for passengers, including 2 Atrium glass-wall lifts and 1 dedicated MSC Yacht Club lift).
MSC Bellissima’s decks are named after ships in the current MSC fleet.
These vessels are part of MSC's fleet expansion program (total value USD 5.3 billion). All newbuilds under this program (including the MSC Seaside-class ships) double the company’s capacity by 2022, reaching approximately 80,000 passengers per day.
- Dining options include “Butcher’s Cut” (an American steakhouse), a new pastry bar/creperie by celebrity chef Jean Philippe Maury, the new “Kaito Sushi” restaurant, the new “Kaito Teppanyaki” restaurant, and a 20-hour buffet restaurant.
- The four swimming pools include the 25 m / 80 ft Atmosphere Pool, the 10 m / 33 ft indoor Bamboo Pool, and the aft Horizon Pool — one of the largest open-deck areas at sea.
- Weekly, 12 “Cirque du Soleil” acrobatic shows are performed in the dedicated “Carousel Lounge.” Located aft on Deck 7 (Promenade), the lounge seats 120 guests for dinner plus an additional 290 for drinks.
- The Balinese Spa complex is a 1100 m2 / 11,840 ft2 wellness facility.
Each Meraviglia- and Meraviglia Plus-class ship is equipped with 114 interactive screens, 244 info screens, 31 virtual screens, 81 video wall monitors, 3050 iBeacons, 700 WAPs (wireless access points), and 1200 CCTV cameras.
On Bellissima, MSC installed the fleet’s first in-cabin “virtual assistants” in all staterooms. This digital device (later officially named ZOE) is being introduced fleetwide between 2019 and 2024. Available in seven languages, the technology — a cruise industry first — responds to passenger inquiries about onboard services and facilities. Passenger data (including itinerary, excursions, and onboard preferences) is stored in the cloud and used on future voyages. The device (~15 cm in size) can be activated at any time. A waiver must be signed to authorize personal data storage. ZOE was developed by Harman International (a Samsung Electronics subsidiary), which also designs digital audio solutions for corporations such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.
