Odyssey Of The Seas deck plans

Odyssey of the Seas (built in 2021) is the second Royal Caribbean liner of the Quantum-Ultra class, with sister ship Spectrum Of The Seas (2019). Quantum Ultra is an upgraded (enlarged and enhanced) evolution of the Quantum-class ships Quantum (2014), Anthem (2015), and Ovation (2016).

The Odyssey of the Seas deck plan shows a total of 2105 staterooms for 3844 passengers (maximum capacity 4805), served by 1300 crew members. The ship has 16 decks (15 passenger-accessible, 9 with cabins), 18 dining venues (restaurants and food bars), 4 swimming pools (1 with a retractable roof), 10 outdoor Jacuzzis (large whirlpool hot tubs), 16 elevators, and a multi-million-dollar art collection.

Compared to fleetmates, Quantum- and Quantum-Ultra-class ships do not feature the following signature RCI facilities: ice rink, bowling alley, zip line, water slides, rope course, golf simulator, boxing ring, smoking lounge, and Royal Viking Crown (Observation Lounge). The traditional Royal Promenade is replaced by a two-deck-high walkway (located on decks 4-5 and connected by staircases). This new promenade runs through the ship’s center, covering roughly half of her length. New dining venues support RCI’s “Dynamic Dining” concept.

Quantum-class vessels feature numerous unique facilities and onboard activities, many of which were introduced to cruising for the first time, including:

• RipCord (deck 16) - skydiving simulator
• North Star (deck 15) - an above-ship observation capsule
• SeaPlex (decks 15 and 16) - bumper cars area and part of the largest sports complex at sea
• Two70 (decks 5-6-7) - dynamic LED RoboScreens and floor-to-ceiling glass walls providing panoramic views
• Bionic Bar (served by robotic bartenders)
• Interior Virtual Balcony cabins (decks 7 through 11)
• New Studio cabins with balconies (single-occupancy rates for solo travelers)
• RFID cabin door locks and RFID wristbands (optional replacements for traditional SeaPass cards), allowing guests to make onboard purchases and access their cabins. Wristbands are placed in envelopes in the staterooms.

Compared to Oasis-class ships, Odyssey OTS features larger staterooms, more connecting family cabins, new studio staterooms for solo travelers, and a greater number of restaurants, many of them larger in size.
