Adriatic Princess 2 yacht

The 2019-built Adriatic Princess II cruise ship is a newbuild premium yacht specifically designed to navigate close to Croatia's Dalmatian Coast. Like its sister ship, the Adriatic Princess (2017), this 5-star luxury yacht cruises the eastern Adriatic Sea and is under charter by Emerald Waterways.

Note: The Adriatic Princess II was scheduled to be chartered by Emerald Waterways for the 2019 season, but the vessel's delivery was delayed, and the charter agreement with the shipowner, Katarina Line Croatia, was canceled.

Emerald Waterways is a new river cruise shipping company (established in 2014) and a brand owned by Scenic Tours (shipowner). Similar to the new longships of Viking River Cruises, the innovations aboard Emerald Waterways ships offer an alternative to ocean "small-ship cruising." Emerald Waterways provides more cruise tour itinerary options and sailing dates for those seeking all-inclusive European luxury riverboat vacations.

The ship's shallow draft (2.6 m / 8.5 ft) allows it to access smaller ports and islands that larger vessels cannot reach, including Korcula Island and Trogir. The ship is equipped with the latest safety and navigation technology, ensuring a comfortable cruising experience for its guests.

Itineraries

The Adriatic Princess II offers Croatia and Dalmatia Islands cruise itineraries, including:

• The 7-night / 8-day "The Islands of Dalmatia Cruise" (from Split to Dubrovnik) includes stops in Trogir-Sibenik (day 2), Skradin-Hvar (day 3, with an overnight in Hvar), Hvar-Split (day 4), Omis-Pucisca-Korcula (day 5, with an overnight in Korcula), Korcula-Mljet-Slano (day 6, with an overnight in Slano), and Solano-Dubrovnik (day 7, with an overnight in Dubrovnik). The reverse 8-day itinerary (from Dubrovnik to Split) skips Skradin. Prices start from GBP 2050 per person.
• The 10-night / 11-day "The Islands of Dalmatia Cruise and Zagreb" tour includes a 3-night luxury hotel stay in Zagreb and a complimentary guided city tour. Prices start from GBP 2900 per person.
• The 15-night / 16-day "Discover Croatia and The Islands of Dalmatia" cruise tour (between Dubrovnik and Budapest, Hungary) includes visits to Dubrovnik-Slano (day 2, with an overnight in Slano), Solano-Mljet-Korcula (day 3, with an overnight in Korcula), Korcula-Pucisca-Omis (day 4), Split-Hvar (day 5), Sibenik (day 6, overnight), Sibenik-Trogir (day 7, with an overnight in Trogir), Trogir-Opatija (day 8), Opatija (days 9, 10, 11), Opatija-Lake Bled (day 12), Lake Bled-Zagreb (day 13), Zagreb (day 14, overnight), Zagreb-Budapest (day 15, flight included), and Budapest (day 16, departure). Prices start from GBP 3670 per person.

Cabins

The Adriatic Princess II yacht features 18 staterooms, ranging in size from 140 to 200 ft² (13 to 18 m²), in the following categories:

• 1x Double Cabin with Window (category B, Upper Deck)
• 4x Double Cabin with Oval Window (category B1, Middle Deck)
• 5x Twin Cabin with Window (category A, Middle Deck)
• 8x Twin/Double Cabin with Porthole Windows (category C, Lower Deck, with two small, round-shaped opening windows)
• Lower Deck cabins are 14-18 m² (150-200 ft²).
• Middle Deck (Main Deck) cabins are 13-15 m² (140-160 ft²).
• All staterooms accommodate a maximum of 2 passengers per cabin.

Passenger cabins feature contemporary design, twin beds (convertible to double/queen-size), bedside cabinets (2-drawer) with wall-mounted reading lamps, a wardrobe, electronic safe box (in the closet), a small writing table with a chair, en-suite bathroom (WC, shower, single-sink vanity, hairdryer, premium toiletries, bathrobes, slippers), flat HDTV (infotainment system / Internet, movies-on-demand), free Wi-Fi, and individually controlled air-conditioning.

Shipboard Facilities

The Upper Deck features the boat's Salon-Restaurant (a combined Bar and Dining Room) with open seating, 6-seat round tables, and a full-service Bar. Breakfast is buffet-style, while lunches and dinners are waiter-served. Menus mainly feature Mediterranean cuisine specialties, with freshly caught fish. Complimentary beverages (beer, wine by the glass, bottled water, and soft drinks) are provided at lunch and dinner. Aft on the Upper Deck (adjacent to the Bar-Restaurant) is The Terrace, a covered outdoor lounge area with comfortable sofas and club tables. Midship on the Middle Deck is the Cruise Manager's Office (Reception Desk).

The Sun Deck features an aft-located sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and a hard-roof covered seating area (midship canopy with patio furniture – low tables, armchairs, 2-seat sofas, large LCD TV). The sundeck area spans 155 m² (1670 ft²) and is served with drinks from the Restaurant's Bar. Aft on the Lower Deck, there is a Marina Platform with pool ladders, offering watersports. These activities (swimming and snorkeling) are complimentary when the yacht is anchored in the open sea or moored near the coast.

Emerald Waterways yacht cruises aboard the Adriatic Princess II are inclusive of bottled water (0.5 L) at lunch and dinner, coffee/tea and fresh fruits (available all day), afternoon snacks, towels (changed every second day), bed linen (changed once per cruise), daily cabin cleaning service, Wi-Fi, gratuities, government taxes and port fees, airport-ship-airport transfers, and shore excursions (1 per day). Optional extra costs include beverages (purchased at the ship's Bar), laundry service, and beach towels.
