The fore-located Pacifica Theatre (capacity 900 seats, complimentary) is the ship’s main show lounge for grand-style musical and show productions in the evenings. The theater presents 2 stage productions per night (early at 8 pm and late at 10 pm /matching the assigned dining room sittings). They feature singing and dancing, West End musicals, cabaret and acrobatic performances, tribute acts, magician shows, adult comedy acts, popular game shows. The theater has its own bar for refreshments (waiters walk around and offer bar service prior to show). The theater also functioned as Cinema for DreamWorks 3D movies (on seadays only). During the day, here are held enrichment lectures and bingo sessions. Royal Caribbean’s Snowball Jackpot Bingo offers generous payouts (final jackpots are in the several thousand dollars). Among the bingo prizes are also free cabin upgrades and even free cruises.

RC Online is the ship’s web center (24-hour open Internet computers room). Royal Caribbean Internet rates are per minute, with available discount packages of 60-100-150-250-500 min.

Guest Services is the ship’s Reception Desk for 24-hour assistance, information, bookings/reservations, luggage and cashier services.

Shore Excursions Desk provides information on Royal Caribbean cruise tours and excursions (sponsored ashore), also planning and tour booking services.

Centrum is the ship’s Atrium (lobby level) located midship. This is an open-floor design area spanning several decks above and surrounded by lounges, bars and shops. The Atrium is the ship’s main social hub and features panoramic glass elevators, original artworks, live entertainment. On the Atrium’s lobby level are also held Fine Art Auctions. The Centrum’s daily entertainment includes aerial shows (acrobatic performances), live band music, giant LED screens.

R-Bar (capacity 35 seats, menu) is the RCI’s signature cocktail bar (Martini bar). It features sophisticated decor, comfortable seating, Centrum entertainment, hand-crafted drinks by a resident mixologist. The R-Bar’s menu, besides retro cocktails, also includes wines (by the glass and bottle, incl sparkling/Champagne), beers and spirits.

Card Room (capacity 20 seats, open 24-hours) has cards and popular board games for playing (decks of cards, checkers, cribbage) and regularly hosts bridge tournaments.

Minstrel (Main Dining Room, lower level 1 of 2, capacity 1106 seats) is an aft-located complimentary restaurant with open-seating for Breakfast (between 7-9:30 am) and Brasserie 30 Lunch (12-1:30 pm /seadays only) and with 2 fixed seatings for Dinner - at 6 or 8:30 pm. Here is also served DreamWorks Characters Breakfasts (between 8-10 am, free for kids, surcharge per adult applies /reservations are required). Part of the ship’s main restaurant were 2 smaller (private) dining rooms (reservations only) named Zephyr (starboard, 122 seats) and Port Side (32 seats). They were replaced, respectively, by inside cabins and the Card Room.

Cruise cabins from 4000  to 4590, of which Inside (categories 1V, 2V, 2W) and Oceanview staterooms (categories 1N, 2N, 3N, 8N).
