NEWS: In 2020, Golden Princess will be transferred to P&O Australia and renamed ("Pacific Adventure") after scheduled drydock. In 2021, Star Princess joins Pacific Adventure in PandO's fleet.
Golden Princess cruise ship deck plan has a total of 1318 cabins for 2600 passengers served by 1100 crew/staff. The ship has 13 passenger accessible decks, 11 restaurants and bars, 7 lounges, 4 swimming pools, 9 jacuzzies, 14 elevators.
Passenger-use launderettes (laundromats) are located on decks 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. These are self-service laundry facilities with ironing boards and detergent being provided.
The Pacific Adventure ship will feature a new suite-only retreat named Byron Beach Club. The exclusive top-deck complex is available to Suite passengers only (booked in Suites and Mini-Suites) and offers a private outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool spas, comfortable lounge seating, VIP dining with concierge service (also including priority reservations for all onboard dining venues).
