Review of Amazon Clipper Premium
RV Amazon Clipper Premium cruises on three different itineraries, downstream the rivers Negro and Amazon. Cruise fares include guided tours and activities ashore, such as canoeing and Amazon Rainforest hiking. The ship boards passengers at the pier of Hotel Tropical Resort (10 km from Eduardo Gomes International Airport and 15 km from Manaus City Centre).
Passengers are accommodated in spacious apartments with 2 beds side by side or 1 queen size bed, safety deposit box, air conditioning. All staterooms feature spacious en-suite bathrooms with hot water. There is also an air-conditioned restaurant with buffet, bar, large room for meetings and lectures with TV and DVD, complete outdoor deck with hot tubs and showers to relax and freshen up.
The boat's shallow draught allows it to visit locations that are inaccessible to many other Amazon-based riverboats. The outboard-powered canoes are used for shore trips in narrow channels, lagoons, creeks and flooded forest.
All meals onboard are included and offered at the onboard Restaurant. Light dishes can be requested in advance. A selection of cocktails and drinks is available at the bar.
