MS Blue Star Delos ferry is a Ro-Ro passenger vessel operated by the Greece-based company BLUE STAR FERRIES. The ship has a maximum capacity of 2,000 passengers and 427 cars (or 60 lorries and 145 cars). Launched in 2011, the vessel currently operates on the Greece–Cyclades Islands ferry route Piraeus–Syros–Paros–Naxos–Ios–Santorini–Anafi, with a crossing time of approximately 8 hours.
Cabins
As a cruiseferry, Blue Star Delos has 91 cabins with a total of 326 berths. All staterooms are air-conditioned and feature en-suite bathrooms. Cabins accommodate up to 4 passengers and include both interior and exterior options (with large windows). Each cabin is equipped with an LCD TV, radio, telephone, sound insulation, and adjustable lighting (bedside and central).
- The ferry company provides bed linens, towels, and toiletries. Some staterooms are wheelchair-accessible and adapted for passengers with disabilities. These specially designed cabins must be booked in advance by phone (+30-210-8919800).
- Pet-friendly cabins are available but cannot be booked online. These cabins are limited in number and require advance reservation. If pet cabins are fully booked, the ship also offers a small number of kennels. Pets are not permitted in any indoor areas, including bars, restaurants, and lounges, unless accommodated in "A4 Pets" cabins. Dogs may be walked on open decks but must be leashed and muzzled at all times.

All Blue Star vessels are equipped with CCTV systems with image recording. Wi-Fi and Internet access are offered at an additional cost. Mobile phone chargers and iPad rentals are available. Emergency instructions are displayed in cabins, on TV screens, and at muster stations. Life jackets are located at assembly stations. In case of emergency, elevators are not to be used.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including cabins. Designated smoking areas are available on open decks only.

Pets on the ship
The Blue Star Delos ferry provides Pet Cages. At the time of booking, passengers must indicate the type of cage required. Two cage sizes are available: small (max height 50–75 cm, for pets under 30 kg) and large (max height 70–90 cm, for pets over 30 kg). Passengers may also bring their own pet carriers.
Cage pricing is fixed per voyage and varies by route. Valid pet health cards are required. Pets must remain in their cages or carriers throughout the crossing.
During embarkation and disembarkation, dogs must be leashed and muzzled. Passengers with pets disembark last.
Car decks
Vehicles are stored on garage decks 1 through 5. Safety procedures include:
- Passengers requiring assistance should contact the ship's Information Desk (open 24 hours).
- Apply the handbrake and put the vehicle in park or 1st gear. Turn off the ignition, alarm, electrical devices, and headlights. If applicable, gas cylinders must be turned off. Lock the vehicle.
- Take only valuables and essential hand luggage from the vehicle.
- Note your vehicle’s location and garage deck/stairway before leaving the car deck.
- Access to vehicle decks is prohibited during the voyage.
- Smoking is prohibited on vehicle decks, in cabins, and in passenger lounges.
- Wait for onboard announcements before returning to your vehicle.
- To reduce air pollution, do not start your engine until instructed.
