Review of MS Prinzessin Isabella

MS Prinzessin Isabella (translated as "Princess Isabella") is a large riverboat operating itineraries on Danube River. The vessel was designed in Holland to meet the demands of the most discriminating Europe river cruising afficionados. The ship entered service in 2002 under the name “River Odyssey”. Its owner is Riseday Holding - Malta-based independent cruise shipping company, that also owns the ships Prinzessin Katharina and Prinzessin Sisi. Currently, these three luxury riverboats are chartered by Phoenix Reisen - Germany (Bonn)-based cruise travel agency.

The ship's dimensions perfectly fit the parameters of her cruising region - Danube River. Prinzessin Isabella provides a premium river travel experience for up to 170 passengers. The onboard dining room restaurant and the lounge bar are airy and light, with large floor-to-ceiling windows for watching Danube's riverside scenery passing by.

All of the 84 cabins and suites are outside and offer full comfort. Among the staterooms' feature amenities are the French balconies, individual air conditioning, LCD TV sets, en-suite bathrooms (WC, bathtub, shower), twin and double beds. The ship has a vast outdoor sun deck, 2 library rooms, and 2 pairs of inter-connecting suites used for meetings, conferences and private parties.
