Departures are offered from Germany (Dusseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Passau). The riverboat is owned by the Basel-based company Princess Rivercruises AG, and chartered by the German travel company Phoenix Reisen (established 1973). The cruise ship was reconstructed and extensively refurbished in 2009, before entering service for Phoenix Reisen.
