MS Serenade 1

MS Serenade 1 is a luxurious riverboat operating Rhine and Danube cruise itineraries. Departures are offered from Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Cologne, Amsterdam, Budapest, Vienna, Basel, as well as Mainz and Passau. Itinerary lengths range from 2-, 3-, 5-night (mainly Dusseldorf and Amsterdam roundtrips) to 7-, 9-, 10-, 11-, and 14-night voyages.

Serenade 1 is a comparatively large vessel with a limited passenger capacity, which provides generous space per guest, resulting in larger staterooms and spacious public areas. Onboard amenities include a restaurant, bar lounge, Captain’s Club, wellness area (sauna, gym/fitness room, massage/spa room), a small shop, and a large sundeck.

The ship has 68 cabins located across three decks. Staterooms measure 16 m² (170 ft²), but the efficient layout makes them feel even more spacious. All accommodations are equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning, radio, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, phone, and a comfortable en-suite bathroom (with bathtub and shower). All cabins on the Mozart and Chopin decks feature French balconies, while Beethoven Deck cabins have large windows.

The onboard restaurant offers a large breakfast buffet, while lunch and dinner are served with full waiter service. A wide variety of cuisine ensures guests are always satisfied. Late-night snacks are available for those who get hungry in the evening, and afternoon tea is also served.
