MV Arethusa

MV Arethusa cruise ship is currently owned and operated by GCCL-Grand Circle Cruise Line. Like the sistership Artemis, the ship has max passenger capacity 52 and is equipped with the latest navigation and communications systems to meet IMO's new safety requirements. The shipowner is Grand Circle Corporation via its subsidiary company Grand Circle Travel USA (Boston MA-headquartered travel agency).

The cruise ship Arethusa is a megayacht-type passenger vessel (IMO number 9398022) designed for 2 small groups of 20-25 passengers, each led by a designated Program Director.

Cruise itinerary program

MV Arethusa itinerary schedule includes Mediterranean voyages to ports on the Italian Riviera (Ligurian Riviera) and French Riviera (Cote d'Azur), as well as to smaller islands with departures from homeport Cannes France.

Cabins

Of all the Arethusa ship's 26 staterooms, 24 are doubles and 2 are singles. All cabins have identical en-suite bathrooms (WC-shower, single-sink vanity) and moveable twin beds (convertible to double Queen-size bed). Upper and Main deck cabins are fitted with 2 convertible twin beds; while Lower Deck cabins are with one twin bed (single-occupancy). Other cabin amenities include individually controlled air-conditioning, flat TV (satellite reception), electronic safe box (in the closet), direct-dial phone (intercom), hairdryer, mini-bar (refrigerator), dual power outlets.

Shipboard facilities and amenities

Complimentary beverages (including bottled water, tea-coffee, soft drinks, premium spirits, select fine wines) are served throughout the boat. The ship has one dining room restaurant (with single-seating capacity and unassigned seating). Vegetarian and healthy food items and special dietetic menus are provided upon request. Public facilities also include a cosy bar lounge and spacious Sun Deck with top-deck unobstructed views. All onboard announcements are in English. Gratuities are cruise-price included.
