MS Amwaj Livingstone Review

Review of MS Amwaj Livingstone

Launched in 2014, MS Amwaj Livingstone cruise ship is a top-luxury Nile River hotel ship. The riverboat is owned by the company Amwaj Hotels and Resorts Egypt. The ship's grand entrance lobby (on Main Deck) is the taster of contemporary classic design throughout. The Lounge Bar Tanya is the place to enjoy local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks from the free bar (open between 11 am - 10 pm) or simply to relax with friends.

The spacious and elegant buffet-style main restaurant is on the lower deck. There is another bar on the Sun Deck where passengers can soak up the sunshine while stretched on a lounger by the swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi. After having enough sun they can retire to the shaded area and cool off admiring the passing river scenery along the itinerary. Another good idea is to slip away to the Spa and treat to a relaxing sauna, steam room or massage. Spa treatments here cost extra charge.

Active types of cruisers may choose to enjoy the modern gym and make extra space for all the delicious international cuisine meals. There is also an onboard gift shop where passengers might find an item they forgot to pack or interesting hand-made in Egypt souvenirs. Laundry service is available at extra charge. Complimentary Wi-FI is available at the lounge bar and the lobby.

Amwaj Livingstone's Nile cruise itineraries are between Luxor and Aswan, with lengths 4-Night (Luxor to Aswan), 3-Night (Aswan to Luxor) and 7-Night (round-trip from Luxor).
