MS Amwaj Livingstone Review

Review of MS Amwaj Livingstone

Launched in 2014, MS Amwaj Livingstone cruise ship is a top-luxury Nile River hotel vessel owned by Amwaj Hotels and Resorts Egypt. The ship’s grand entrance lobby (on the Main Deck) sets the tone for its elegant contemporary-classic design. The Lounge Bar Tanya offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from the complimentary bar (open between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m.) or to unwind with friends.

The spacious and elegant buffet-style main restaurant is located on the Lower Deck. Another bar can be found on the Sun Deck, where guests can enjoy the sunshine while relaxing on loungers by the swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi. After sunbathing, passengers can retreat to the shaded area to cool off and admire the scenic Nile views along the itinerary. For further relaxation, guests may visit the Spa to enjoy a sauna, steam room, or massage (Spa services are available at an additional cost).

Active travelers can make use of the modern gym to stay fit during the voyage, while the onboard gift shop offers essentials and Egyptian hand-crafted souvenirs. Laundry service is available at an extra charge. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in the Lounge Bar and Lobby areas.

Amwaj Livingstone’s Nile cruise itineraries operate between Luxor and Aswan, with 4-night sailings (Luxor to Aswan), 3-night sailings (Aswan to Luxor), and 7-night roundtrips from Luxor.
