The 2011-built Amadeus Brilliant cruise ship (also branded as Brilliant by AMADEUS) is a 150-passenger riverboat owned by the Austrian company and shipowner Luftner Cruises and operated through the Luftner-owned travel brand Amadeus River Cruises.
Amadeus Brilliant was fully refurbished in 2020.
Brilliant's sisterships include Amadeus Diamond (2009) and Amadeus Elegant (2010).

Decks and Cabins
MS Amadeus Brilliant has 76 staterooms and 4 decks - the open-air Sun Deck and 3 cabin decks named after the famous Austrian composers Haydn, Mozart, and Strauss.
The ship offers 65 standard cabins (15 m² / 160 ft²), most featuring French balconies and large windows.

The Germany-flagged riverboat Amadeus Brilliant (ENI number 04809350) is registered in Passau. The vessel was launched in 2010 (as "MS Lueftner") and built by the Dutch shipbuilding company Scheepswerf De Hoop BV (Lobith, Holland).
The ship is powered by two Caterpillar marine diesel engines (model CAT C32 Acert / 4-stroke, 12-cylinder) with a combined output of 1.5 MW. The propulsion system includes two aft propellers and one bow thruster (VethJet with a Scania engine / output 331 kW). Onboard electricity is generated by two Scania DI12-70M diesel gensets and two Stamford HCI 434F generators (total output 662 kVA). The vessel’s fuel capacity is 100 m³.
During the winter of 2019-2020, the ship underwent a 4-month drydock refurbishment, which included interior redesign and technological upgrades. These enhancements featured new smart TVs in all cabins and high-speed Wi-Fi coverage throughout the ship. New menus were also introduced in the Panorama Restaurant and Panorama Bar Lounge. All onboard amenities meet the high AMADEUS standard. Guests can relax on the spacious Sun Deck with its Lido Bar or enjoy a quiet read in the comfortable AMADEUS Club.
