Cabins

MS Princesse de Provence has 72 cabins accommodating up to 150 passengers. All standard cabins are outside, identical in size (11 m² / 118 ft²), and equipped with two separate lower beds, cabinets, wardrobe, large mirrors, a small table with two chairs, en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, wash basin), hairdryer, flat-screen TV (satellite reception), phone (intercom / onboard only), and individually controlled air-conditioning. One of the lower beds is folding and can be stowed against the wall during the day to provide additional space.

Suites, located on the Upper Deck, offer a double bed (convertible to two twins) and a larger seating area with a mini-bar. Middle and Upper Deck cabin windows are tiltable and can be opened, while Main Deck cabins have two smaller non-opening windows.

Some cabins are configured as triples (two lower beds plus one upper bunk) but have the same size as standard doubles.

Shipboard amenities

The ship’s Panorama Dining Room features large windows, single-seating capacity, and open seating. On embarkation day, guests may reserve a specific table for the duration of the cruise. The menu includes traditional dishes inspired by the visited countries, as well as international cuisine. Each voyage includes a Gala Dinner, a culinary highlight featuring an exquisite menu and an ice parade.

Other onboard facilities include a Reception Desk (24-hour guest services), a Tour Office (excursion information and bookings), and a Library/Lobby corner with a small Gift Shop offering souvenirs, books, and board games, plus a 4-seat table with armchairs.

The Sun Deck includes retractable awnings creating a shaded seating lounge with tables and chairs, full bar service, and an aft deck games area featuring a giant chess set. The sunbathing zone is furnished with loungers and deckchairs.

Entertainment includes daily live music, cooking demonstrations, quiz games, bingo, crew shows, themed dance nights, enrichment lectures, and media presentations related to the itinerary’s ports and excursions.

Optional shore excursions (not included in cruise fares) are offered in every port. These include sightseeing tours, city walks, and bus trips to nearby destinations. The onboard language is German. Guests often receive personal audio devices for guided tours. In addition to classic excursions, cycling trips are also available.

MS Princesse de Provence cruise deals include all onboard meals (breakfast buffet, waiter-served lunch and dinner, afternoon coffee and cake, midnight snacks), Welcome Cocktail, Welcome Dinner, Gala Dinner, onboard entertainment, ship tour, and port taxes.
