Cabins

The riverboat has 79 passenger cabins (each 129 ft² / 12 m²) in three categories, including 1 suite, 2 single cabins and 4 triple cabins. Main Deck accommodations (44 doubles, 4 triples, 2 singles, 1 suite) feature riverview porthole windows (non-opening). Upper Deck cabins (28 doubles) have large picture windows (also non-opening). All staterooms include a private bathroom (WC, sink, shower cabin), satellite TV, radio, telephone (internal calls only), hairdryer, personal safe and individually controlled air conditioning.

Shipboard facilities

Onboard amenities include a lounge with dance floor and bar, a dining room (Symphonie Restaurant), and a sundeck relaxation area with shaded seating, loungers and deckchairs. Additional facilities include a gift shop, library, complimentary bicycles and free Wi-Fi. CroisiEurope’s gourmet dining, combined with organized tours featuring themed food and wine tastings, allows Symphonie’s guests to experience regional cuisine and fine European wines along the cruise routes.

  • MS Symphonie’s Rhine and Elbe itineraries visit small towns and river ports in the following countries: France (Strasbourg), Belgium (Antwerp, Ghent), the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Nijmegen, Utrecht, Arnhem, Willemstad, Middelburg), with all remaining ports in Germany.
  • The summer Holland cruises from Amsterdam explore the Dutch waterways (including Helinium – the Rhine–Meuse–Scheldt delta), sailing through the provinces of Utrecht, Gelderland, North Brabant and Zeeland.
  • German Christmas Markets cruises from Strasbourg are offered during the December holidays. The 3-day itinerary visits some of Germany’s best Christmas Market towns — Koblenz, Rüdesheim and Mannheim — featuring sightseeing and shopping opportunities.

MS Symphonie cruise prices are per person based on double occupancy. These are indicative CroisiEurope rates and may vary depending on promotions, special offers, discounts, group bookings or last-minute deals. CroisiEurope cruises on the Rhine and Elbe include all beverages (coffee, tea, juices, soft drinks, wine and beer at lunch and dinner), while shore excursions are optional and cost extra.

CroisiEurope is a family-owned cruise company based in Strasbourg, France. Founded in 1976, this premium line oversees all aspects of its cruise operations—from vessel design and construction to onboard cuisine and hotel services. Today, CroisiEurope is one of Europe’s largest river cruise operators.

CroisiEurope river cruise deals include soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (wine and beer) with lunch and dinner year-round. During Europe’s high season (April through October), the line offers packages with unlimited drinks. Unlike most river cruise operators, however, CroisiEurope charges additional fees for shore excursions.
