AmaDolce

The 2009-built AmaDolce cruises on the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, with roundtrip itineraries departing from its homeport Bordeaux, France. These sailings often include flights from Paris to Bordeaux (for embarkation/disembarkation) and a scenic motorcoach transfer through the Loire Valley back to Paris.

All AmaWaterways ships offer complimentary bicycles (stored on the sundeck) for use during shore excursions and guided tours at ports of call along each itinerary.

Cabins

The AmaDolce features elegant staterooms with spacious bathrooms, multi-jet showers, first-run Hollywood movies, and complimentary Internet access. The ship has a total of 75 cabins (including 4 Suites, 58 with French Balconies, and 13 with fixed twin windows) across 7 categories.

Shipboard Facilities

Dining venues include Verde (the main restaurant) and al fresco dining areas on the Main Lounge and Sun Deck.

Public areas include the Main Lounge & Bar (with teak-front deck terrace), Aft Lounge (observation area), Dolce Lobby, Library, Gift Shop, Fitness & Spa Center, Massage & Beauty Salon, and a Sun Deck with whirlpool, loungers, shaded seating, and a walking track. A glass elevator serves all three cabin decks.

AmaDolce cruise fares include alcoholic and soft beverages, Wi-Fi/Internet, all guided tours and excursions, coach transfers, live evening entertainment with local performers, enrichment lectures, food and wine tastings, and 24-hour coffee, tea, and water stations.

River cruise prices are per person based on double occupancy and are indicative. Final rates may vary depending on promotions, travel agency deals, group bookings, or last-minute offers. AmaWaterways also offers discounted airfare packages with no flight deviation fees on major airlines.
